Conditions

• All prices are included VAT and tourist tax 
• The mnimum stay is 3 nights, a discount of 10% applies for 7 nights or more
• There is a discount of 25% for couples (using one bedroom and one bathroom)
• One dog is allowed for € 15 per stay provided the dog stays on the ground floor 
• Prepayment is  € 250, final payment 7 days in advance
• Cancellation cost is € 250
